DeRosa and Marquis were traded in the off-season to free up enough money to sign this piece of shit. He was brought here to be the lefthanded run producer in the middle of the lineup. Nearing the All-Star break, Bradley has batted in a whopping 16 runners with 5 home runs.
Yesterday, after going 0 for 3 with two strikeouts, Bradley went off on the cooler, and got into it with Piniella. Lou sent him home for the rest of the game. How about sending him to Iowa to get his fucking shit together? Maybe a few bus rides will humble his sorry ass. Piniella has actually considered only using him against lefthanded pitchers so he can bat right. Nice going Hendry, what a wonderful signing Bradley was.
If, and when this team is ever sold, Hendry should be the first one out the fucking door.
Greetings. I know some of you are wrestling fans so I have something to get off my chest. While reading my wrestling news over the weekend, I stumped across a story about how many main stream media outlets reported that Donald Trump purchased WWE’s flagship show “Monday Night Raw” last week.
For people who are not even wrestling fans should know that any “storyline” that is not injury related is generally scripted. Too bad the Wall Street Journal, Associated Press and the New York Times failed to realize that. I was watching Raw last week and I even knew that this was nothing but a script.
I also read that the Securities and Trades Commission is trying to get some kind of lawsuit for not sending paperwork to them if a major company is sold. Then after that, the USA network issued a press release saying that the sale of RAW from Vince McMahon to Donald Trump was a storyline and not real at all.
If that is the case, then I must say some of these organizations are dumber than I thought.
I was going to go to RAW in Green Bay Monday night but failed to get tickets because it has been sold out for a few weeks. I am however heading to the Smackdown! taping in Milwaukee Tuesday night. The lady is a big Jeff Hardy fan and she wants to see him wrestle at least once before he might hang up the boots. The reason he might be done wrestling in a month or two is due to contract negotiation issues. Also, the fact he has clearly stated that he is mentally and physically tired. He is 31 and has been in the WWF since he was 16.
For some of you who are fans and looking to do something, go to a wrestling event. Yes. Wrestling is more faker than some whore’s tits in Beverly Hills but it is a fun thing to go to. It is isn’t as fun as it was in the 80’s or mid-90’s but I still enjoy it in some way. You can spend about $40 and get about three to four hours of entertainment and I think it’s worth it.
It’s not easy being a dad. One of my rules was that my 14 year old daughter could not start dating until she’s 30. Yesterday, after she finished a kickball tournament, she was walking off in the sunset, with a boy. I’m not ready for this shit yet. Are there any fathers out there that can give me some advise?
Never in my existence have I ever allowed myself to wish the White Sox well, until last weekend. However, desperate times call for desperate measures, and this years version of the Cubs are about as bad as it gets. I was hoping for a sweep against the Brewers, and was genuinely pissed with the loss on Friday. The Cubs can ill afford to lose any more ground to the teams ahead of them in the division. Did any of you feel the same way as myself?
At least with the start of the Crosstown Classic series on Tuesday, I can resume my rightful position of hating the White Sox and Cardinals. If you think I was stricken with “temporary insanity”, I apologize.
The Cubs have played like shit for much of this season, but still find themselves only 2-1/2 games out of first place. Last year this division got a bad rap, but when you add up all the numbers, it was tops in the NL in total wins.
This year is a different story though. At this time, not only the Cubs, but the rest of the division has collectively sucked. No team has been able to put a good string of wins together and start to pull away from the rest of the pack.
It’s there for the taking, but the Cubs have to start getting their shit together. It’s not early anymore.
First of all, I want to say hello to all my fellow readers. I want to let everyone know that things are going good for me. Second , I try my best not to bash readers who post at my site. Whether they are against me or with me, I try to let things go. In fact, I am flattered that they come here. It lets me know that I have more than 10 readers every now and then.
I don’t read comments often anymore but I still try to check in from time to time but fellow contributor “Matt Stairs Superfan” emailed me about crap that was posted by a certain person on this site. It is one thing to attack someone on here and call them whatever you want. However, when you attack someone personally, then there is a fucking problem.
This is what reader “Irish Yeti” wrote last week that was mind-boggling:

Let’s go part by part:
1. “My girlfriend’s face isn’t battered”
…My comment: So I am guessing you have beaten your girlfriend in the past? Well, pad yourself on the back. I know if I ever layed a finger on the lady that I am currently with, I highly doubt I would be alive right now. Her dad would find me the next day, take his gun out and pull the damn trigger on me with the bullet going right into my brain.
2. “I could be denied secks.”
…My comment: You have been denied sex your whole life. The peak of your life was when that girl asked you to the school dance in junior high as a joke played by everyone else.
And of course, this last comment that was personally directed towards me.
3. “Or I could run a tobacco shop.”
… So tell me what is wrong with running a business? Is there a problem with the way I make a living? I have to find a way to support myself just like everyone else. For those who don’t know, I do indeed own a tobacco shop. I took over for my dad about a year ago because he is close to retiring. I make a pretty good living in fact for a 23 year old. I am my own boss. No one tells me what to do. I have a television, radio and computer there for my leisure. And just about everyone that comes in is pretty nice to me. When I get off work, I go home to a nice apartment and have food on the table for the lady and I. So Irish Yeti, yes. I am doing very well for myself.
I wake up everyday thankful that I still have a job. Maybe one day, you will lose yours and wish you could work anywhere including a tobacco shop. If someone like you were to come into my store talking about how you need a job, I’ll be damn sure to tell you to go fuck yourself.
So just remember everybody, think twice before posting a comment here. If you don’t, Irish Yeti won’t like it then he will decide to go ahead and insult you on a personal level for trying to support yourself and your family.

Watching golf on tv is about as painful as stabbing yourself in the neck with pencils. It is the most boring sport on tv to watch. Playing a golf video game however is not.
In the last couple of years, I have got into playing Tiger Woods for Playstation 3. It is a game that is fun to play and very addictive. There have been times where I said I would only play for maybe a half hour or so then find myself on my ass still playing about an hour later. It is that fun. If you are looking for a new game to buy and you haven’t tried this series, you should consider giving it a shot.
There are two ways to hit the ball: With the analog stick or the 3-click meter which is hitting the X button three straight times for power and accuracy. I have had a lot of trouble hitting the ball with the analog so I have pretty much stuck with the 3-click meter since I started playing. When the ball is hit, you can direct the ball to land where you want it. The newer games are much more realistic as far as creating your own character and golf course. You can play online and throughout the game if you are playing alone, other players make challenges on how far the ball is hit and you can try to beat it for points.
For myself, I am a Playstation guy. You can play online for free and surf the net on the Playstation 3 unlike XBOX where you have to pay a fee just to get connected to play online. Plus, the Playstation has a built wi-fi and the system has a lower failure rate than XBOX. For people who are thinking about buying an XBOX, Microsoft was sued several months back because they knowingly sold systems that would burn out after a short period of time. But I digress.
Go rent Tiger Woods 2009 or 2010 and if you like it, buy it. It is definetly worth it.
The Cubs are sitting at .500 after the first 50 games of the season. That’s about the best that I expected from them coming out of spring training. This is not a playoff caliber team. They don’t scare anybody, not even the Reds or Pirates, or even the Nationals for that matter.
I not only blame Hendry, but also Piniella for the debacle that took place in the offseason. Lou was given way too much influence as to how the roster would be assembled, and that’s not right. It was Lou’s bright idea to balance out the batting order and get more lefthanded. How good has that worked out? There was not one off-season move that I was in favor of. This was a 97 win team a year ago, and they should have just left well enough alone. The bullpen is a complete disaster, Soto has become fat and lazy following his ROY season, and Hendry failed to land a suitable backup for Ramirez in the event that he might miss significant playing time.
I mentioned this a few weeks ago in a thread that it wouldn’t surprise me if Piniella packs his bags and quits on the team. If the players don’t get their heads out of their asses and start playing winning baseball, Lou will be gone by the end of June. But to tell you the truth, I think the players have quit on Piniella already. Lou acts like he just doesn’t give a fuck anymore.
